I am a dedicated yoga teacher and spiritual healer, and I'm delighted to welcome you to my world of holistic health. Inspired by the rhythm of nature, all my classes use intentional breathing linked with a sequence of movements designed to guide you towards a state of rejuvenation and relaxation. Through years of dedicated practice and continuous learning, I have honed my skills to help you achieve your goals. Whether your intention for practicing is to cultivate strength and flexibility or for mental benefits like stress relief and spiritual connection, my creative flows promise to leave your mat feeling better than when you arrived.
Taylor is the most compassionate and caring yoga teacher. She guides classes with students of all levels with ease, skill, and support without judgement. After her classes I never leave my mat without feeling stronger both physically and mentally.
Taylor guided a very large yoga class on the morning of my wedding, setting the tone for the most important day of my life with her beautiful and open teaching style. Taylor is a gift to her students both on and off of the mat. ❤

Energy Healing is a holistic approach to wellness that restores balance and harmony within the body’s energy system. Our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being is influenced by the flow of energy within and around us. Disruptions or imbalances in this flow of energy can lead to various forms of illness, discomfort, and emotional distress.
My healing sessions combine the modalities of Pranic Healing, Chakra Balancing and Bhakti Yoga. In my sessions I work with the subtle energy channels that circulate life force energy commonly known as chakras, meridians, or auras. My sessions are a sacred space where we aim to clear blockages, restore optimal energy flow, and activate the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself.
