I am a dedicated yoga teacher and spiritual healer, and I'm delighted to welcome you to my world of holistic health.
My story
At many points in my life, I have had to overcome fear and take the road less travelled. Like many, I spent years living for other people rather than being true to myself, leading to battles with depression, anxiety, and self-worth. I suppressed my authenticity and intuition and instead sought belonging through harmful coping mechanisms.
By the time I reached college, this suppression was beginning to take its toll. Looking for a physical outlet for my stress I began practicing yoga, unknowingly catalyzing a profound shift before I even began to consciously realize it. The resilience I found on my mat helped empower me to take the necessary steps toward changing my life.
Australia
In 2018 I took a leap, leaving university to solo travel to Australia and work on the Great Barrier Reef. Skepticism was all around me… but the unwavering voice inside of me was telling me that this was my path forward, and thankfully I managed not to question it. In Australia I was immersed in the beauty of nature.
Spending my days submerged in the ocean awakened my spirit, and I was taught to embrace life’s natural rhythms and cycles. I began to reframe my relationship to change while also developing a deep respect for the interconnectedness of all living things. The journey also connected me with a beautiful healer who deepened my spiritual practice immensely. I consider energy healing as another gift that helped me understand, accept, and transmute the difficult emotions and patterns that were holding me back.
India
I felt another pull in early 2020, I left my life in Australia to travel to South India. It was there that I met my guru, Sri Sakthi Amma, and began to learn more about yogic philosophy and the Hindu traditions. Knowing Amma has deepened my practice in ways that often seem impossible to put into words. My personal practice transcended the physical, and I began incorporating all eight limbs of yoga in my daily life.
After my first trip to India, I returned home to complete my 200hr Teacher Training. My training had a strong anatomical background, while still emphasizing the feeling postures evoke rather than attaining a picture-perfect form. Yogic philosophy and pranayama was woven together seamlessly, and this is evident in the classes I now bring to my students. At this time I was also completing a year-long Energy Healing mentorship and. My healing style incorporates Pranic Healing, Chakra Balancing, and blends the wisdom of Energy Medicine with the Bhakti that I have cultivated during my trips to India.
Reaching Out
After completing my trainings, I returned to university, receiving a B.S. In Psychology from Clemson University. My background in Psychology adds another level of support to my both my teachings and healings. I most recently returned from a summer’s long stay in India that has once again deepened my personal practice.
I will forever be a student, and that is one of the things that keeps my love for yoga alive. My mission is to share the tools and that guided my own healing. I provide a container of support and guidance as you find your own path towards spiritual freedom. While each journey is personal, I am here to help you overcome the challenges and embrace the growth along the way.
Soft Belly Breathing Meditation
In this guided meditation we will dive into the practice of soft belly breathing, a technique that centers on the cultivation of full diaphragmatic breaths to induce a state of rest and relaxation. This intentional breathing method is known to lower heart rate, reduce blood pressure, and alleviate stress while fostering optimal digestive function, detoxification, and relaxation. Mastering diaphragmatic breathing is essential for any yoga or pranayama practitioner as it is a foundational part of these practices.

My healing sessions combine the modalities of Pranic Healing, Chakra Balancing and Bhakti Yoga. In my sessions I work with the subtle energy channels that circulate life force energy commonly known as chakras, meridians, or auras. My sessions are a sacred space where we aim to clear blockages, restore optimal energy flow, and activate the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself.
